Theme: INTEGRITY
Text: “A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.” – Matthew 12:35.
Comment: Integrity ensures that the right words are said and backed with the right actions. One who has integrity will always use words that edify and minister grace. “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.” (Ephesians 4:29) Our Lord Jesus Christ had warned: “O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” – Matthew 12:34, 36, 37. See also Luke 6:45.
