Text: “For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.” – John 7:4.
Comment: The only story of incarnation known in ecclesiastical history, falls on the shoulders of the greatest being that has ever come into this woeful world, Jesus Christ, the Righteous. He was the personification of goodness. His unrelenting efforts of enlightening the people from city to city, the miracles he performed beyond human expectations, his expression of love, the sympathies he showed to the bereaved widow at Nain and to Lazarus, and many more exemplified himself as good. Even the unbelieving Jews told him so: “For a good work we stone thee not.” (John 10:33) At a marriage feast, he turned water to wine to demonstrate the power of God in him. Miraculously, he fed thousands of people with few loaves of bread and two fishes. Apostle Peter commending his master said: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” – Acts 10:38.
