Theme: DEALING WITH OUR DOUBTS AND FEARS

Text: “For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.”  –  Isaiah 41:13.

Comment: The Most High has always stood for and fought for His children. However, there are people who have given themselves the responsibility to see to the downfall of the people of God. They could be among family members, church members, colleagues at our workplace, neighbours etc. We should not be afraid of such ones. Only let our hands and hearts be clean. (John 8:29) We also should not make ourselves enemies to others. We should not wish anybody harm or do anything to harm anybody, lest we be punished by God. Remember that he who digs a pit for his neighbor will fall inside “Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.” – Proverbs 26:27.

God spoke through Isaiah the prophet thus: “Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.” – Isaiah 41:11-14.
