Theme: GIVING GOD THE KIND OF WORSHIP HE DESERVES
Text: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” – Matthew 6:33.
Comment: When people are determined to give God the kind of worship He deserves, they make God and His service the priority of their lives, words and actions. In the key text for today, our Saviour Jesus Christ emphasized the need to show enthusiasm or zeal in the service of God above all personal concerns and challenges of life as well as the assurance that God will certainly bless, save and provide abundantly for such ones – who keep His commandments and make the progress of His Kingdom work their priority, by His grace. Apostle Paul stated: “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.” (Hebrews 6:10) Those who support God’s work spiritually, materially, financially and otherwise will be blessed by Him. – Psalm 37:25.
