Theme: IT SHALL BE WELL WITH THE RIGHTEOUS
Text: “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.” – Psalm 34:19.
Comment: A great philosopher wrote, “The greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising each time you fall.” King Solomon declared: “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again.” (Proverb 24:16) Countless number of people are amazed as to why children of God encounter setbacks or experience hard times. It is a natural phenomenon. But then, God Almighty is always there for them. His word is ever true. Though God Almighty gave His Only Begotten Son great power by which he could have subdued his enemies, he bore their reproaches with equanimity and endured his suffering for the sake of sinful mankind. In the end he triumphed. – Hebrew 12:2, 3; 1 Peter 2:19-24.
