Theme: GOD'S WORD - A LAMP TO MY FEET
Text: “O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.” – Psalm 43:3.
Comment: The Almighty God is “light, and in him is no darkness at all.” (1 John 1:5) For our spiritual enlightenment, He gave His only begotten Son, who is the “light of the world”, in order that, anyone who follows his path should not grope in unbelief “but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12) Having identified with the truth, by the grace of God, it is imperative we strive to dwell therein till the end of time, and not return to falsehood or sin, in that, it is impossible to renew again unto repentance, anyone who falls away from the truth, having been “once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, …And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come”. (Hebrews 6:4-6) May God Almighty continually preserve us in His holy hill, directing our steps with His light – the truth – all the days of our life, “to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.” – Psalm 27:4.
