Theme: Tolerance and Peaceful Co-existence
Text: “Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.” – Romans 14:19.
Comment: We must appreciate the fact that it is God Almighty Who gives peace. We can enjoy more of the calmness and order, if we appreciate God’s goodness on us and do His will always. The people of God must continue to do things in His fear so “that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” by His grace. (1 Timothy 2:2) Apostle Paul stated: “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” (Hebrews 12:14) Such ones who are tolerant and follow after things that will make for peace, are the ones that will be blessed by God. Jesus Christ said: “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” – Matthew 5:9.
