Late GKS President to be buried June 26. 2021
The President of God’s Kingdom Society, (GKS) The Church of the Living God, Brother Godwin Onukwulunjo Ifeacho, is to be buried this Saturday, June 26, 2021.
A statement by the publicity secretary of the Church, Brother Benedict T. Hart, said the burial would take place in Salem City, Warri, the headquarters of the Church at about 1.00 pm at the end of a funeral service which starts at 10.00 a.m.
The burial which had earlier been fixed for Saturday, June 12 this year was carried forward to June 26, so that it would not clash with activities lined up to mark the 2021 Democracy Day. The Memorial/Thanksgiving Service holds the next day June 27, 2021, at the GKS Service, Salem City, Warri, Delta State.
The late GKS President, who died April 22, 2021, joined the GKS in 1957. He was adopted as a minister of the Church in 1961 and was made the leader of the Church on July 24, 2011. He had been a minister of the Church for 60 years.
