Theme: GOOD HEART CONDITION IN GOD'S SERVICE
Text:“Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” – Hebrews 4:13.
Comment: Some persons feel that they can hide from God. God Himself asked, “Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him?”. (Jeremiah 23:24) Elihu gave the answer when he said that there is no darkness nor shadow of death where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves from the eyes of God. (Job 34:21,22). The Psalmist attested to the fact that God knows each individual’s thoughts. In fact, He knows the totality of each individual even from His abode far away when he declared, “O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.” – Psalm 139:1-4.See also Psalm 139:7,11,12.
