Theme: MUSIC IN GOD'S SERVICE
Text: “Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD” – Psalm 150:6
Comment: Indeed, the Almighty God is worthy of praise. For His pleasure, He willingly brought all things, both visible and invisible into existence. (Revelation 4:11) Therefore, all creatures have an obligation to show forth His praise. (Isaiah 43:7, 21). Due to the devil’s interference, the whole world lies in wickedness. (1 John 5:19) True safety and peace have continued to elude mankind. So, the entire creation absolutely depends upon God for survival. “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed…” (Lamentations 3:22, 23) Therefore, in appreciation of God’s goodness, the Psalmist calls upon “everything that hath breath” to praise God. – Psalm 150:1-6.
