Theme: GIVE DILIGENCE TO MAKE YOUR CALLING AND ELECTION SURE

Comment: False prosperity preachers deceive their gullible followers with claims of immediate salvation, miraculous prosperity and solutions to all their worldly problems while in this evil world. They prey on desperate ignorant worshippers whom the devil has blinded from the truth. (2 Corinthians 4:3, 4) Scriptures did not fail to put God’s people on notice to the fact that the Devil would attack worshippers of God. “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” (2 Timothy 3:12; Acts 14:22; 1 Thessalonians 3:3-5) From this, it is obvious that the Almighty does allow persecution to meet His children as a way of teaching us patience and as a test of our faith in Him. – Deuteronomy 8:2; James 1:2-4.
