Theme: BE YE DOERS OF THE WORD
Text: “Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.” – Psalm 19:11.
Comment: David, the sweet Psalmist of Israel, in one of his songs spoke of the perfection of the law of the LORD which converts the soul, and the simple is made wise due to the sure nature of God’s testimonies. He added that it serves a warning to mankind and its reward, abundant. The word of God gives spiritual enlightenment, inner joy and peace when we engrave them in our hearts. By this, our thoughts and actions would be attuned to things that are clean, true and righteous. (Psalm 19:7-10) One should continue to be grateful to God by living a spiritual standard of life in order to be rewarded bountifully in His kingdom when fully established by His grace and power. – Psalm 119:7; Proverbs 29:17.
