Theme: PRAY AND WAIT ON THE LORD
Text: “For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.” – Psalm 37:9.
Comment: Sin hinders one from inheriting eternal life. Anybody who is able to maintain righteous inclinations in thoughts, words and actions places his or herself on the right path with God to enjoy everlasting life in the new earth (paradise) by God’s grace. “Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded. And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden… Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.” – Ezekiel 36:33,35,36.
