Comment: This text emphasizes the importance of unity and peace in a relationship or group. St Paul stated:“Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.” (1 Corinthians 1:10) “Can two walk together, except they be agreed”. The answer is NO! So, there is need for brethren to make all efforts to live in peace with one another and avoid things that will cause division so that as the leading text says, when they pray with one mind, God will answer them by His grace. St Paul further admonished: “…If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.”- Romans 12: 18.
