Theme: IT PAYS TO SERVE TO GOD FAITHFULLY TILL THE END
Text: “If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.” – Job 36:11, 12.
Comment: Doubtless, those who obey the divine call of God and serve Him, will enjoy His blessings in this present world and in the world without end, life everlasting. Divine prosperity and pleasures of God will accrue to those who are obedient to the laws of God as stated in the text for today. God Almighty said: “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: … If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.” – Isaiah 1:18-20.
