Theme: THE ANTITYPICAL ARK OF NOAH
Text: “But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.” – Hebrews 6:9, 10.
Comment: Antitypically, the family of Noah represents those who support the saints and follow the example of faith and obedience of God’s laws. Noah and his family typified those who will be saved at the time of the destruction of this evil world. (Revelation 7:9, 10, 13, 14) We are to continue God’s work unto the end so as to earn His promise as God will reward every one according to their labours. (Matthew 16:27; 2 Corinthians 5:10) The Scripture says: “And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” – Hebrews 6:11, 12.
