Theme: The World to Come
Text: “…If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.” – 1 John 2:24,25.
Comment: The need to always abide in God’s word is very important in our relationship with God Almighty and His Son, Jesus Christ Allowing the word to always remain in one is what makes one a true worshipper of the Father. Addressing the Jews, Jesus Christ declared: “…if ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31) God Almighty has promised everlasting life to all such ones in the world to come. “Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.” – Hebrews 12:28.
