Comment: It is a great virtue for anyone to avoid illicit relations by having total spiritual control of one’s eyes as expressed by the Prophet Job when he declared: “I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?” (Job 31:1) This is really practicable if we are determined to do so by God’s grace. Apostle Paul continued in the text for today by saying, “…know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost (holy spirit) which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”- (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).  Anyone who is still indulging in sexual immorality should repent thoroughly and henceforth keep himself or herself pure in order to be forgiven and blessed by God.
